• This Privacy Policy defines the way of acquiring, processing, and securing personal data as understood by the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

II Personal data

• The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
• Personal data is obtained when filling out the newsletter form.
• Personal data is used solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter and only if the user has given their consent.
• The content of the website can be viewed without providing any personal data.
• Each person who has provided their personal data has the right to access their content and the possibility to correct, update, supplement, as well as request the cessation of processing personal data and object to the processing of personal data. • The personal data obtained by the administrator are stored, processed, and protected in accordance with applicable law.

• The administrator protects the collected personal data using the following means:
