I got tired of oatmeal. Unfortunately, that’s how it is. I don’t like monotony in the kitchen…

 

But these oat flakes are so healthy and tasty, so we decided to come up with something different, without giving up the benefits of oats! 🙂

Oats Omelette with Fruits is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to diversify their breakfast options while still enjoying the nutritional benefits of oats!

Ingredients
  • 2 handfuls of oat flakes (~40 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed (~5 g) /optional/
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt (~50 g)
  • 2 handfuls of frozen or fresh blueberries (~40 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of canola oil (~5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (~10 g)

Oatmeal omelette recipe

Grind the flakes and flaxseed, for example, in a grinder.

Pour into a medium bowl, add the egg and 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt. Mix thoroughly.

Add a handful of frozen/fresh blueberries and mix again.

Grease a pancake pan with oil and heat well.

With a spoon or spatula, place the mixture in the center of the pan and spread evenly.

Fry over medium heat for about 1 minute until the edges of the omelette set.

Carefully flip to the other side and fry for another minute until completely set.

Place the ready omelette on a plate, add the remaining yogurt, fruits, and honey. Enjoy!
